Our enthusiastic, experienced and highly qualified team of engineers based in the North West and Midlands are available to travel anywhere in the UK to repair, service, and carry out Statutory Thorough Examinations (STE – Loler) examinations on a wide range of cranes, heavy material lifting and container handling equipment, including forklifts and construction hoists.

We are proud to partner with some of the UK’s biggest names in the heavy transport and freight handling industry, like Kalmar Global, Coopers Handling Ltd., and the market leading intermodal logistics company Maritime Transport. We’re just as keen to work with small operators.
We have assisted our partners in ports located in Felixstowe, Southampton, Liverpool, Portsmouth, Alexander Port, Port of London, Newport, and Northampton Port, and at inland Intermodal freight terminals.
We also specialise in service and maintenance for smaller clients within the canal boat sector, offering regular PMI’s, LOLER, Statutory Thorough Examination and repair work on a wide range of boat lifting equipment.
Companies such as building merchants use our services for their truck mounted cranes which include folding boom, telescopic, knuckle cranes, HIAB, Terex, Atlas and Palfinger.
We also have a division of our company dedicated to the repair and maintenance of HGVs and trailers. Many of our clients find it handy to be able to cover both their lifting equipment and heavy goods transport vehicles under the efficient multi-disciplined TC Motion Repairs Ltd umbrella.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about what we can do for you.
We are committed to meeting all challenges – no job is too big – without compromising on our core values, which are delivering first class customer service, perfect workmanship and superior safety standards.
We offer quick response times for breakdowns and accident repairs, mindful of the need to minimise downtime, and keep your cranes and lifting equipment expertly serviced at regular scheduled intervals as a “one-off” or as part of a pro-active maintenance service contract.
We appreciate that we are flourishing in a competitive market, so we never let our standards slip or fail to give you good value for our reasonably priced contracts.
We have achieved Alcumus SafeContractor accreditation which is confirmation of our competence in health and safety practice in all our work. Whether we are responding to mechanical crane breakdowns, carrying out repairs to wire damage, refurbishing the cab on a gantry crane, relocating a straddle carrier or performing any other task, safety measures are paramount.
We qualify as competent under the LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) to perform statutory thorough examinations of lifting equipment and complete a written report, to ensure the crane, lift or hoist in question is safe and fit for purpose.
We’re proud to be able to say that we are, quite literally, raising the safety and operational standards of cranes and a wide variety of lifting equipment used in various sectors across the country, from agriculture and construction to logistics companies and port authorities.
